Datil Pepper Jelly is a traditional
favorite in the nation's oldest city. Serve with cream cheese and crackers,
or as a condiment with lamb, venison, pork, or chicken. Most folks enjoy
Datil Pepper jelly in their own special way. Our next door neighbor,
Nick Landry, brushes on plenty of jelly when he cooks pork roast. According

Do-it Minorcan Mustard

The
Minorcans didn't bring this over but they would have if I'd been
alive to give it to them. First, we took the harsh edge off the
mustard, kinda smoothed it out, added some spices and then gave
it the attitude adjustment it sorely needed; a healthy dose of
that politically correct pungent pod, the Datil pepper. Whenever
you get the urge to use your regular cheesy mustard, pitch it,
and start over with Dat'l Do-It.

Do-It Hot Sauce. This mildly sweet pickle relish adds zest to

Hellish Relish packs a less than tame wallop, yet has been described
as a cooler alternative for enjoying the wonderful taste of the
